PAYMENT POLICY:
All classes/workshops require full payment via PayPal after
registration via email at actioncreated@gmail.com. Once registered
we will send you a link from our PayPal account. All registrations require
an email confirmation.
Registration ends one week before start date. If classes are full with a waiting
list and any registered student who has not completed the Paypal payment
7 days prior to the event, will be dropped from the class or workshop and their
slot will be provided to the next person on the waiting list.
All payments are final. In the event of a qualifying cancellation,
refunds will be issued via a TAC credit minus a $25 service charge. In
the event of a true family or medical emergency as well as an industry
related conflict, contact us immediately to make arrangements for your
credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations require 72 hours notice to qualify for a partial
refund. Cancelled registrations with be issued in the form of a TAC
credit. Credits expire one year from the issued event date. A $25
service charge will be assessed on ALL cancelled registrations.
Non-qualifying cancellations will not be refunded nor will credits be
issued.
In the event of repetitive cancellations by a student, that student
will no longer be allowed to register for classes without pre-payment of the
event. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to all non-qualifying
cancellations, regardless of processed payment. If you have not processed your
payment prior to cancelling, a new PayPal link will be issued for the
service charge.
Service charges must be paid prior to enrolling for another TAC event.
REFUND POLICY:
Only in the event that TAC must cancel an event will a full refund
be issued. In the event of a true family or medical emergency as
well as an industry related conflict, contact us immediately to make
arrangements for your credit. A full credit may be issued in the event of
a true emergency at TAC discretion.
ATTENDANCE POLICY and CLASS MAKE-UP SESSION
Arrive at least 5 to 15 minutes prior to the beginning of each class.
Make-up classes will be allowed ONLY when deemed an excused absence.
EXCUSED ABSENCES include: illness, industry booking/shoot date
conflict, family or medical emergency. All excused absences require
notice---no call, no
shows will not be considered excused. Students must contact us 24
hours in advance of
an absence, as other class members depend on their attendance. If this is not
adhered to, actors will not receive a make-up class.
Only one make up per class cycle is permitted. One make-up session
will be scheduled per class cycle for excused absences only. This will
be the only
make-up session offered and cannot be applied to any other class
cycles or private sessions.
No make-up session is offered for workshops.
Actors are required (not requested) to come to classes and workshops
prepared with
assignments and other materials. We practice professional industry
standards and
only want work with students who want to be successful in the craft.
